When you become a member, you join the National, Utah, and Oak Leaf PTA! Your membership helps support the mission of PTA, which is "To make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children. " (https://www.utahpta.org/about)
As a member of the Oak Leaf Elementary PTA you will have the opportunity to:
vote on things like bylaws and budgets at meetings
help nominate and elect board members each year
always be in the know about all the activities and programs we have planned
help plan and implement those programs
get to know the staff, teachers, and other parents of Oak Leaf
help in your child's class/school in unique ways
*Note: becoming a member does not mean you are obligated to do anything. At the very least you are added to our email list so you are always in the know about what we are planning.

Join the 2025-2026 PTA Leadership Team
Are you interested in being more involved at Oak Leaf Elementary and the PTA next year? We'd love to have you! PTA is heavily involved in many of the activities and programs at our school, including things like the Fun Run, Family Night, Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week, Ribbon Weeks, Book Fairs, funding Field Trips for each grade, and providing support for school-run initiatives like maturation and kindergarten orientation. It is a fun and rewarding experience, and you'll get to work with some incredible parents!
The Executive Board (president, president-elect, secretary, treasurer) is presented by a nominating committee and elected at our March general membership meeting (see our schedule of meetings here). Additional leadership positions will be appointed by the executive board and nominating committees. Fill out the form linked here if you are interested in being a part of either type of leadership position. YOU MUST BE A PTA MEMBER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A LEADERSHIP POSITION.
